Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Grand Casino. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-in and Check-out
    • Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner
    • Verify guest information and ensure accuracy of room assignments
    • Handle guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues
    • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure a smooth guest experience
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Perform bell person duties, including assisting guests with luggage and escorting them to their rooms

    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hotel experience preferred

      • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
