Job Title: Construction Concrete Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Concrete Estimator to join our team at Blazona Concrete Construction, Inc. (BCCI). As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for estimating commercial, residential, multi-family, podium, site, and retail concrete applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage commercial and residential concrete projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and submit detailed estimates for new projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Manage change orders and ensure projects are billed accurately and on schedule.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PlanSwift, and digital takeoff software.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
