About the Responsibilities:

  • Detect Potential Failures: Identify potential failures in the system regarding the pickup, transport, or delivery of customer loads.
  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to understand the potential or current failure discovered in the systems.
  • Data Analysis: Use internal systems to gather data from multiple sources to support reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis (AAP, Reach, Decisiv, FMC & YMS).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and effectively communicate insights to others across Transportation Operations Management (TOM), Freight Partners (FP), and Fleet.
  • Support Field Teams: Provide support to field teams in driver assignment, load acceptance, and driver/equipment availability.

About the Requirements:

  • Call Center Experience: 1+ year of call center experience in inbound or outbound roles.
  • Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
