We are currently seeking an Apprentice Technician to join our team. Ideal candidates are meticulous, proactive, and possess a strong desire to learn. A background in performing oil changes, basic maintenance, or minor repairs is highly desirable. Certification from a recognized automotive program, or enrollment in such a program, is a significant advantage. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.At Mercedes Benz of Tucson, you will be engaged in continuous learning. Our comprehensive training program is designed to provide you with opportunities for advancement and skill development in automotive technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and communicate oil levels to team members
  • Ensure proper tire pressure for optimal performance
  • Inspect and replenish fluid levels as needed
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections
  • Install new oil drain plugs and filters
  • Clean and lubricate fittings as required
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications and Skills:
  • ASE certification or completion of a mechanical program is preferred
  • Experience in oil changes, basic maintenance, or minor repairs
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
