Stewardship Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Steward. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Service Preparation: Set up dish stations, wash dishes as needed, and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Food Preparation and Handling: Assist in food preparation, follow safe food handling procedures, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Delivery and Logistics: Make catering deliveries as needed, utilizing a valid driver's license.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Chef and Line Cooks to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and tested recipes.
• Inventory Management: Put deliveries away as needed and maintain accurate inventory levels.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
