Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: College education in business or a related field may be substituted for some experience.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Working Conditions

High noise levels due to operations, customers, and overhead music. May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on store. Will work near moving or mechanical parts. Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates. Will work inside a walk-in refrigerator and freezer.
