Position Summary

The Rehabilitation Specialist will be responsible for conducting assessments, interpreting results, and developing goals to provide effective intervention services that enable clients to achieve maximum functional levels. This includes delivering services in accordance with physician orders, documenting according to policy, and providing necessary in-services and continuing education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to promote optimal functional outcomes
  • Document client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Dakota
  • Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 30 days of hire
