Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at The Club at Eaglebrooke. As a Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our dining room.

• Welcome guests with a smile and escort them to their assigned table.
• Control the flow of work in the dining room, seating guests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists and following check issue procedures.
• Assign opening and closing side duties, supervise side work, and ensure completed lists of set ups of all stations before departure of service staff.
• Maintain reservation books, take incoming telephone calls, note reservations and special requests by guests.
• Remain knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, and general service procedures.
• Responsible for standards of appearance and cleanliness in all service areas.
• Remain visible on the dining room floor and be easily accessible to guests, staff, and management.
• Check all tables daily before service to ensure proper settings.
• Assist with side work and/or assisting service staff with bussing tables and taking cocktail orders.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to the department manager.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.

• No experience necessary, but we will train.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Demonstrate an outgoing and friendly attitude.
