Janitorial Associate

At Walmart, we are seeking a skilled Janitorial Associate to join our team. As a Janitorial Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees. This includes ensuring the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to the restrooms and receiving area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
We offer a competitive hourly rate, annual or quarterly performance incentives, and additional compensation in the form of premiums for specific circumstances. As a Janitorial Associate, you will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable.
