About the Role:

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and third parties on inbound and outbound calls
* Utilize a call flow to guide you through calls and ensure accurate documentation
* Work collaboratively with our management team to achieve individual and team goals
* Meet productivity, schedule adherence, and quality expectations

Requirements:

* U.S. Citizenship or 3-year legal residence
* High school or GED
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
