Wellness Instructor

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a skilled Wellness Instructor for its Restorative Care team. As a member of our supportive team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

This position offers a unique blend of restorative care expertise and wellness instruction. You will work closely with our therapy team to deliver high-quality wellness, fitness, and exercise programs that cater to the diverse needs of patients.

• Develop and implement personalized wellness plans for patients in restorative care settings.
• Collaborate with therapists to provide expert guidance on exercise and activity training for senior populations.
• Provide ongoing support and education to patients and caregivers on healthy lifestyle choices and stress management techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice.
• Specialized training or experience in exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
• An understanding of evidence-based practices in restorative care and geriatric wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aegis Therapies offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and CEU opportunities.
