Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at West Chicago Terrace. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve clinical goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and provide education to patients and their families.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Illinois.
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Intermediate Care setting preferred.
  • Ability to work with patients with behavioral health needs and provide compassionate care.
  • Electronic medical records experience, particularly with Point Click Care or PCC, is a plus.
