BCBA Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA to join our team as a Supervisor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of therapists who provide ABA services in school and home settings.

• Supervise and mentor a team of therapists to ensure high-quality ABA services
• Attend team meetings with Senior Management to discuss quality and company growth
• Lead parent training sessions to support families and promote positive outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective ABA programs
