Job SummaryWe are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice at Roxborough Memorial Hospital, a 133-bed community hospital located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the HospitalRoxborough Memorial Hospital is a teaching hospital with a strong reputation for providing excellent patient care. Our hospital features a state-of-the-art EPIC EMR system and offers a range of services, including radiology, interventional radiology, stroke center, ICU, anesthesia, line service, ultrasound, hospitalist, cardiology, neurology, CT, MRI, and more.
About the Program and HoursOur 18-bed Emergency Department sees over 21,000 annual visits, with a 13% admission rate. We offer 12-hour physician shifts and 10-hour APP shifts, providing a great work-life balance for our providers. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively to achieve our goals.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have an active Pennsylvania license, be PA or FNP boarded/prepared, and hold current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS.
