Position Overview:
~ Join our Associate Travel Program as an ICU/PCU RN

This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity consisting of 8-13 week travel assignments, not a temporary or short-term contract.

Core Responsibilities:
~ Deliver direct nursing care in your area of expertise, adhering to established policies and protocols of the healthcare organization.
~ Develop and oversee patient care plans.

~ Execute and follow through on physician and nursing directives.
~ Evaluate and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.

Licensure and Certification:
~ A compact RN license or state RN license relevant to the travel assignment location is required prior to the start of the assignment.
~ A diploma from an accredited nursing school or college is mandatory.

Experience Requirements:
~ Minimum of one year of RN experience in an acute care environment is essential.
~ At least one year of recent experience in Critical Care/PCU is highly preferred.
~ Willingness to travel 50+ miles from your permanent residence is necessary.
~ Travel positions may involve assignments in various states.
