Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety is the top priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Warehouse Operations: Load and unload route trucks, prepare waste loads for shipment to recycling centers or distribution centers, and manage inventory orders and receiving processes.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and ensure that all inventory is properly stored and secured.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Waste Management: Ensure that all waste is stored and handled in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ years of related labor and computer experience, with a strong background in warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer software; ability to drive trucks within the facility; and forklift skills preferred.
