Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals across various age groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs
  • Provide therapy services to clients in diverse settings, including schools, hospitals, and private practices
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
