Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the MICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Assist with patient education and support the patient's family members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
  • BLS certification.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
