About this role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team. As a Hospice RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients and their families, promoting dignity and comfort in their final stages of life.
About the role:
As a Hospice RN, you will:
• Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family
• Act as a liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team
• Empower patient's caregivers by educating them on care for their loved one
• Manage and collaborate with an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPN or LVN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and support staff
• Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient
• Maintain all assigned patient clinical records
About you:
We are looking for a registered nurse with a strong commitment to providing compassionate and individualized care to patients and their families. You will have:
• A RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
