Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Property Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multi-family communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple properties and teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive informed decision-making.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you can expect:
