Busser at Cold Beers

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests' satisfaction by maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment.

• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently to provide a clean and welcoming dining area for our guests.
• Assist in dishwashing duties, including sorting, stacking, and ensuring clean dishes, glassware, and utensils are readily available for use.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including floors, counters, and equipment. Regularly sanitize surfaces to meet health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the serving staff to deliver exceptional service by providing support as needed, such as refilling beverages and delivering food orders.
• Develop a good understanding of the menu items and ingredients to provide accurate information and make appropriate recommendations to guests.
• Assist in stocking supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and utensils, to ensure availability during service hours.
• Support other team members, including servers and hosts, when necessary to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting, assisting and supporting colleagues as needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• Previous experience as a Busser or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
