As a Commercial Field Specialist, you will serve as a local representative for our company, engaging with commercial clients. Your role will involve conducting energy efficiency HVAC Maintenance Tune-Ups, performing pre- and post-installation verifications, and gathering technical data across a designated territory. You will provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in alignment with client specifications.

Ideal candidates will be able to...
  • Travel within a defined territory to perform A/C Tune-Ups.
  • Train field personnel and develop training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement according to client specifications.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of commercial energy efficiency upgrades that require advanced analysis.
  • Provide updates and feedback to program staff regarding project scope, planning, and product effectiveness.
  • Offer technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with relevant industry technical certification/training preferred.
  • EPA Type Universal certification (required).
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in various climates.
Work Environment
  • Willingness to work in-person in commercial settings with HVAC equipment.
