About the Role

Cedars-Sinai Medical Network is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist Resident to join our team in the PGY-2 Neurology Residency program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patients with various neurologic disorders, including migraine, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, restless leg syndrome, Parkinson's Disease, and neuropathy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop treatment plans and initiate/adjust/discontinue medications per protocol and standard of care
  • Collaborate with neurologists and other providers on patient management
  • Precept pharmacy students and PGY1 residents
  • Participate in transitions of care activities and learn about population health management and managed care
Requirements
  • Doctor of pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • California Pharmacist license
  • Completion of a PGY-1 pharmacy residency program or 3 years experience in ambulatory care setting
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Letter of intent
