As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate ICU RN who can provide exceptional care to our patients. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care and promote positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' conditions, identify potential health risks, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs
- Implement care plans, monitor patients' progress, and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including ordering diagnostic tests, medications, and other treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- BLS, PALS, Cerner Experience, and Level II Trauma certification
- Current Driver's License or Government-issued photo ID
- AHA certification (AHA only, required for RNs in Tele, ICU, SICU, MICU, Endoscopy/GI, CCU, CVICU, CVOR, Neuro ICU, PACU, Cath Lab, ER, L&D, IR, OR)
- Primary Source Verification within 30 days of start date
- RNs: NICU, Nursery, L&D, Peds ICU (level I) experience preferred
We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000-$140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
