About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a Teller, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the financial needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process teller transactions and provide digital solutions to customers
  • Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
  • Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
  • Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care and build relationships
  • Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
Requirements
  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
  • Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Spanish/English
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
