At Provider Solutions & Development, we are seeking a board-certified pediatrician to join our Perinatal and Pediatric Palliative Care Team. This team provides comprehensive and coordinated palliative care services for children in a consultative model, collaborating with specialty and community providers.

We complete perinatal consultations in collaboration with the maternal fetal medicine physicians in the High Risk Pregnancy Center and follow patients through their young adult years while assisting with transition to adult medical care services.

This position offers inpatient and outpatient consultations and works closely with additional services including pediatric chaplains, unit child life and social work, music therapy, art therapy, and pediatric psychology to provide robust psychosocial support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Physician must be board-certified or board-eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the care of children with medical complexity, symptom management, and end of life care is preferred
  • Position provides inpatient and outpatient consultations
  • Team consists of 4 pediatric RN coordinators, 1 pediatric social worker, 1 child life specialist, and 1 pediatric palliative care physician

The compensation for this position is estimated to be between $252,644 and $327,660 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
