About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Academic Rheumatologist to join our team at West Virginia University School of Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to practice in a dynamic and growing healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the full range of outpatient and inpatient rheumatology services.

• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in our ACGME accredited fellowship program.

• Participate in quality improvement and research activities, with opportunities for grant support to advance your career.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.

• Eligible to obtain a state medical license.

• Completed an accredited internal medicine residency program and a rheumatology fellowship.

• Board eligible/board certified in rheumatology.
