- Identifying and addressing medical needs, proactively managing potential health risks.
- Making informed decisions based on clinical guidelines and collaborating with team members to enhance patient outcomes.
- Documenting patient care in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensuring a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.

Essential Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification from the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse Examiners.
- Valid American Heart Association BLS certification.
Work Schedule: Day shifts available.
