**Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Helper to assist our technicians on kitchen remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at job sites on time, dressed in company logo'd attire and appropriate work clothing
  • FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS from project managers and adhere to Trustpoints on every job
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to daily cleanup standards
  • Communicate effectively with project managers regarding progress and any challenges encountered

**Requirements:**
* Stellar work ethic
* Ability to follow directions without deviation
* Proficiency in operating power tools
* Excellent color matching skills (color blindness is not acceptable)
* Prior experience in cabinet refacing, cutting moldings, or kitchen remodeling is preferred but not required.
**Estimated Salary:** $15.50 - $20.25 per hour
