Duties and Expectations

As a Construction Laborer - Traveling, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Mixing, spraying, and operating shotcrete or grouting pumps
  • Transporting materials on construction sites
  • Reading and determining measurements
  • Maintaining a clean and organized construction site
  • Collaborating in a team environment
  • Learning to operate rock drills
  • Operating construction equipment such as excavators, all-terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front-end loaders

Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in soil stabilization, grouting, or foundation mitigation. Alternatively, candidates with background in construction, carpentry, or framing are also considered. Prior concrete experience or significant outdoor work history is also valuable.

Candidates must be comfortable with heights, able to travel extensively (at least 3 weeks per month), and demonstrate reliability and strong work ethic.
