About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the completion of MDS assessments, monitoring patient records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing, a valid nursing license in the state employed, and a minimum of one year of nursing experience. A valid CPR certification is also required.
