F.H. Paschen is a leading construction company with over 110 years of experience in delivering high-quality projects. As a Healthcare Superintendent - Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise project site personnel and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement safety plans to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors, owners, and tradesmen to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Maintain discipline at the jobsite and ensure that all personnel are following company policies and procedures.
  • Supervise company field labor and wage per hour employees hired from a third party.
  • Oversee subcontractor activities and ensure that they are meeting project requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and jobsite photos.
  • Monitor subcontractor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules.
  • Prepare look-ahead schedules to ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Implement schedules to meet project completion dates.
  • Produce and submit requests for information to ensure that all stakeholders are informed.
  • Liaise with owners and occupants to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Resolve field conflicts and ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain as-built drawings to ensure that all project documentation is accurate.
  • Identify potential change orders and back charges to ensure that the company is not exposed to unnecessary risks.
  • Coordinate material deliveries to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of general construction experience required.
  • Experience supervising healthcare projects required.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations preferred.
  • Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills required.
