We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Product Compliance to join our team in North America. As a key member of our Product team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure that our products and services meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services that are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regulatory analysis and provide recommendations to ensure that our products and services are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage audits and ensure that remediation plans are executed promptly.
  • Represent Wise in external meetings with banking partners and regulators.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks and apply them effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience in a financial regulation advisory role, compliance/legal department, risk and control function, or consultancy environment.
