Front Desk Associate Opportunity

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling transactions, and responding to member inquiries
  • Assist with membership sales and promotions
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
