Our clinician-centric technology and resources will assist you in:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments and evaluations
  • Developing appropriate treatment plans
  • Prescribing medications with accurate dosage and administration guidelines
  • Managing telemedicine patient flow and daily operations
  • Maintaining precise electronic medical records, including patient contact information, medical history, prescribed medications, allergies, diagnoses, and progress notes
  • Ensuring the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of all patient health information
  • Overseeing the reporting of diagnostic test results, follow-up treatments, referrals, and recovery processes
  • Engaging in quality assurance and care improvement initiatives
  • Complying with HIPAA standards for information security, privacy, and confidentiality

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • The ability to build rapport with patients and demonstrate a compassionate demeanor
  • Strong evidence-based clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered services without judgment
  • Proficiency in utilizing online tools and technology for care delivery and patient communication
  • No restrictions on credentialing with Medicaid or other payers
  • A willingness to learn new software and technology; training on technology protocols and electronic medical records will be provided if necessary
  • Fluency in additional languages besides English is highly desirable

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must hold a valid RN license in Texas in good standing (for NP applicants)
  • Must be a licensed NP or PA in Texas and maintain good standing
  • Possession of NPI and DEA numbers
  • BLS/ACLS Certification required
  • Medicare NPI #, 855I and 855r on file (Independent NP Medicare Provider Number/PTAN#)
  • Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, during the hours of 9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday (in blocks of 2 or more hours). No evening or weekend shifts are currently available.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Pulmonary Advanced Practitioner or 10+ years as a Pulmonary RN (or a combination of both)
  • Experience in Long Term Care and Telehealth is highly preferred.
