Key Responsibilities:- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse
- Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications
You will be responsible for assisting customers in person and over the phone, building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and processing sales transactions accurately. You will also be responsible for consistently meeting sales goals and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
A successful Store Operations Assistant must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and meet minimum requirements such as being at least 18 years old, having a valid driver's license, and being able to lift up to 70 pounds frequently.
