Job Summary
We're seeking a Team Member to join our friendly and enthusiastic crew. As a Restaurant Guest Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, working collaboratively with your team, and contributing to the success of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet Guests
Welcome guests to our restaurant and make them feel comfortable and welcome.
Take Orders and Handle TransactionsTake guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Follow Operational PoliciesFollow Noodles & Company's operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security, to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift.
Demonstrate Knowledge of the Brand and MenuDemonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items to provide excellent guest service.
Serve FoodServe food to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
Prepare FoodQuickly and accurately prepare food items, including prep, noodles, salads, soups, and sandwiches.
Check Food QualityCheck food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure that food is fresh and safe to serve.
Maintain CleanlinessMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including the dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas.
Handle Guest ConcernsEffectively handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Work as a TeamWork collaboratively with your team to prepare the restaurant for each shift and maintain a positive team environment.
Adhere to Appearance StandardsAdhere to Noodles & Company's appearance standards and maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent Guest Service Skills
Excellent guest service skills are required to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Team OrientedTeam oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
Ability to Communicate EffectivelyAbility to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Availability to Work Nights, Weekends, and HolidaysAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
