Travel MRI Tech Job Opportunity

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Wilmington, NC.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare facility and gain valuable experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Transport patients as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and use a computer
  • Physical abilities: remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
