Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Outpatient Registered Nurse. This role is an entry-level position into our Clinical Advancement Program (CAP) and offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, for assigned patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed and document medical justification and effectiveness.
- Initiate or assist with emergency response measures as needed.
- Participate in staff training and orientation of new staff as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
