Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, for assigned patients.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and document medical justification and effectiveness.
  • Initiate or assist with emergency response measures as needed.
  • Participate in staff training and orientation of new staff as assigned.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current appropriate state licensure.
  • Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
  • Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
