Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality assisted stretch sessions and group stretching classes to clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their stretching goals
  • Build strong relationships with clients and promote StretchLab membership and retention
  • Manage client care by delivering exceptional stretching experiences and maintaining accurate client notes
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and StretchLab policies
  • Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Passion for boutique fitness and stretching
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients
  • Fitness certification required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for clients
Compensation:

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour
