Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage cove.tool's AI-driven platform and advanced analytics to optimize project workflows and outcomes.
  • Develop and refine operational policies and processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and consistency across projects.
  • Use data analytics and KPI tracking to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive innovation.
Mentorship & Team Development:
  • Mentor and guide junior staff and subject-matter experts, fostering a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Encourage your team to embrace new tools and methodologies to improve their workflows, supporting an innovative and adaptive consulting practice.
Client Relations:
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring expectations are exceeded and concerns addressed promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, using feedback to continually refine our service offerings and approach.
  • Communicate cove.tool's mission and value proposition to clients, advocating for sustainable, data-driven design practices.
Process Improvement & Strategic Planning:
  • Work closely with leadership to develop strategies that align with company goals for growth, sustainability, and technological innovation.
  • Identify and implement new ways to improve operational efficiency and quality, positioning cove.tool as a leader in sustainable consulting.
  • Stay abreast of AEC industry trends, and bring fresh perspectives and best practices to our consulting approach.

You will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields, and 5+ years of project management experience within the AEC industry, managing complex projects or consulting services. Familiarity with AI-driven tools, data analytics, and sustainability principles is a plus. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including employer-paid health insurance, vision and dental benefits, and unlimited paid time off.
