In House Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled In House Accountant to join our team at Santoni Bookkeeping Inc. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including GAAP and tax laws.
- Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of public accounting experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team Player mentality with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative for professional growth.
- Must be able to work overtime if needed.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Either holds a current valid CPA license or is working towards obtaining the license.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $42,000 - $90,000.
