**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Professional to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations, ensuring quality care and accurate information for radiological interpretations. This role focuses on patient-centered care during night shifts and encompasses a variety of ultrasound modalities, including vascular exams.

As a Medical Imaging Specialist, you will support the growth and development of the diagnostic imaging department while adhering to high standards of practice and delivering compassionate healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of medical sonography
  • National Registered Technologist - Sonography upon hire (or within 1 year of hire)
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
