Position Overview:
The MRI Technologist is responsible for conducting magnetic resonance imaging procedures and generating images for radiological interpretation. These procedures will adhere to departmental protocols, policies, and established standards of practice. The technologist will assess and monitor patients, ensuring appropriate care is provided. A strong emphasis on MRI safety practices is required, particularly in screening patients for any contraindications prior to scanning.

Qualifications:
Education: An Associate's degree is mandatory.
Certifications:
- ARRT Certification in Radiography is required.
- ARRT Certification in MRI must be obtained within six months of employment.
- American Heart Association BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.
