What You'll Do

You'll provide exceptional guest service, understand your guests' needs, and perform services in an efficient and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Providing Expert Hair Services: Offer a range of hair services, including cuts, colors, and styles
  • Building Strong Relationships: Develop strong relationships with guests, understand their needs, and provide personalized service
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry

Requirements

  • Cosmetology License: Hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations
  • Flexibility and Availability: Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Technical Skills: Be tech-savvy and able to perform administrative tasks
  • Basic Skills: Have basic reading, writing, and math skills

Physical Requirements

  • Good Eyesight: Have good eyesight for observing guests' hair, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
  • Physical Demands: Enjoy being active, standing, lifting, reaching, bending, and occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs
  • Comfort with Fragrances and Chemicals: Be comfortable with fragrances and chemicals used in treatments
