About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Kohl's. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales through your expertise in beauty products and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients by identifying their beauty needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
  • Demonstrate credibility to clients through your knowledge of beauty products and trends.
  • Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
  • Actively engage in and complete all required training to expand your knowledge.
  • Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
  • Support omni-processing within the department.
  • Support inventory management from receipt to sale.
Requirements
  • Authentic passion for beauty.
  • Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
