Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our Community Services team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care and Support: Assist individuals with their personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
  • Behavioral Support: Provide emotional support and de-escalation techniques to individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
  • Community Inclusion: Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities, such as hobbies, exercise, and social events.
  • Goal-Oriented Support: Help individuals set and achieve personal goals, such as budgeting, nutrition, and exercise.
