We are seeking a talented New Grad RN to join our team in a dynamic Residency Program near St. Petersburg, Florida.

Program Overview

Our Residency Program is a comprehensive, year-long clinical orientation and professional development curriculum designed to support new graduate nurses as they begin their careers in hospitals. The program provides education, support, and guidance to help new nurses succeed in today's hospital environment.

Job Responsibilities

The Residency Program will provide new graduate nurses with the tools necessary to succeed in today's hospital environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in a comprehensive clinical orientation and professional development curriculum
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based capstone projects
  • Working collaboratively with experienced nurses and healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:

  • Hold a current RN license in Florida (may have another state or compact to start but must obtain Florida license)
  • Be certified in BLS and ACLS
  • Hold an AS or BS in Nursing
