We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated customer service representative to join our team in Winnemucca, NV. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
- Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs.
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships.
- Provide appropriate options for bank products and services to customers.
- Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
Requirements
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
- Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
