Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Parts Counterperson to join our team at i.g. Burton Automotive Group. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for purchasing, selling, storing, and issuing parts to meet the needs of our customers and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine parts requirements and accurately specify parts for purchase
  • Create and modify purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Issue purchase orders to vendors and track inventory levels
  • Record warranty parts returned and process special orders
  • Review and reconcile invoices against requisitions
  • Perform ongoing warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Attend weekly department meetings to stay informed and contribute to team goals
Requirements

We are looking for a reliable and professional individual with a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of dealership warehouse experience. Candidates with equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
